Payment and shipping

We offer you the following payment options.

Advance Payment
With advance payment, you transfer the full order amount to our account. Our bank details can be found on your order.

On Account
This option is only available for schools, government institutions, and companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, ordering on account is only possible for companies that are already customers of Louis Sales Promotions BV. The first order must be placed using one of our other payment methods. We always conduct a review before allowing purchases on account.

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, we ship all goods via UPS. If your delivery address differs from your billing address, you can indicate this on the order form. We charge a fixed shipping fee of €14.95 per order. Orders with a value of €750 or more are delivered free of charge. The shipping cost per sample is €9.50.

Minimum Order Quantity
We are a wholesale company and maintain a minimum order amount of €250.00, excluding shipping costs and VAT.
